The user is solely responsible for immediately reporting and deactivating a lost or stolen Paw Pass. The quickest way to deactivate your Paw Pass is by logging into your Paw Pass account at https://connectcsn.atriumcampus.com/ as this option is available 24/7. Reports can also be made via email at Paw.Pass@csn.edu. Users will remain responsible for all account activity until deactivated, regardless of whether such use is authorized by the user. If you find your Paw Pass later, it may be reactivated, and the old Paw Pass number will remain activated. As long as you have the same apple ID, you can provision as many devices if lost or stolen.
To deactivate card key access to campus facilities, please report the lost / stolen card immediately to the corresponding key card access control administrator / building manager.
Once action has been taken to report / deactivate a lost or stolen Paw Pass, cardholders assume no further liability for unauthorized activity on a lost or stolen Paw Pass.
Your first physical or mobile Paw Pass is free. A $10 replacement fee will apply at your scheduled appointment time for any replacement physical passes issued. If switching from a mobile pass to a physical pass, a $10 replacement fee applies. There is no charge to switch from a physical pass to a mobile pass.
